The patented flat spiral heating coil is used in storage tank type FSHWT. Due to its flat design (height 12 cm), the heat exchanger is always located in the coldest area of the storage tank. This ensures a highly efficient heat transfer as well as hygienic hot water generation. Because of the spiral shape design up to 18m² of heat exchanger surface can be placed in one layer. It is the best solution and by far the most reliable solution so far.
Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger
with free-floating turbulator rods
ECOTHERM heat exchangers with their patented free-floating turbulator rods are the most superior heat exchangers available. Due to the internal tubulating rods, very high flow velocities inside the tubes are created which leads to a highly efficient heat transfer. Stainless Steel Tube Heat Exchanger
Stainless Steel Tube Heat Exchanger | For Hot Water or Steam Operation
The tube heat exchanger is designed to be mounted inside a storage water heater by inspection flange. It is completely made of stainless steel 316Ti, pickled and passivated. The heat exchangers can be used for both steam-to-water (Type WBE) or water-to-water operation (Type WTW).
